Job Description
- วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานติดตั้งระบบวิศวกรรมอาคารให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบแบบ งานติดตั้ง และการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบ PO และ TOR
- ควบคุมและติดตามงานระบบไฟฟ้า Fire Alarm Generator Fire Pump และระบบอาคารอื่น ๆ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง งานซ่อมแซม และงานปรับปรุงให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและความปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานกับ Project Manager ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารโครงการ เช่น แผนงาน ขอเข้าพื้นที่ เอกสารเสนอราคา และการส่งมอบงาน
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้า ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไข
- ควบคุมงานให้เสร็จตามระยะเวลาและงบประมาณที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า (Electrical Engineering)
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม ระดับภาคีวิศวกร หรือสูงกว่า
- มีประสบการณ์งานระบบวิศวกรรมอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า Fire Alarm, Generator หรือ Fire Pump
- สามารถอ่านแบบ ตรวจสอบแบบ และควบคุมงานติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- มีทักษะวางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามงานให้เสร็จตามระยะเวลาและงบประมาณ
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน รายงานความคืบหน้า และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
