Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a dedicated Building Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance programs for assigned buildings. Accountable for ensuring that the buildings are well maintained and provide tenants a comfortable and safe environment. A solid customer service philosophy towards tenants is paramount.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure scheduling and/or completions of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Ensures timely response to and completions of tenant work orders and complaints.
- Coordinates proper inspections and routine testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Reports problems or discrepancies to supervisor in a timely manner.
- This position requires availability and/or on-call status for 24/7 for emergencies.
General Requirements:
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ previous experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
