Building Inspector

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Building Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting building inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements, and effectively communicating inspection findings to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience in building inspection is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear inspection findings and communicate technical information effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Preferred Field of Study

• Civil Engineering (Associate Degree)
• Mechanical Engineering Associate Degree)

Note: Associate Degree level only.

Required Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in building inspection is preferred.
