Reports To: Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager of Sales Operations 
Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and holidays and during school breaks. Schedule varies and is dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change and may require late shift hours of up to 11 pm for special programs such as Holiday Lights, Member’s Evenings, and Conservation Mornings.

Membership Sales Associate 

Essential duties may include: 

• Engage with park visitors to promote annual Membership passes and explain benefits. 

• Respond to membership inquiries, answer questions and provide clear, accurate information. 

• Actively promote membership as the best value product to one-day ticket buyers and engage with existing members to enhance their current benefits.  

• Support the overall Admissions Department front line operation which may include - processing park ticket sales, scanning tickets, facilitating entry into the park attractions, and line control. 

• Process all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system.
