About the Team
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

1. Assist in the operation of international monetization products
-including but not limited to product testing, Data Analysis, market survey, and requirement writing;
2. Collaborate with internal teams
-Be responsible for product metric analysis;
-Case summary.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Assist or independently take charge of product testing and Go-To-Market processes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in undergraduate or higher education, with no restrictions on major.
2. Be able to guarantee at least 4 days of internship per week, with the internship duration no less than 4 months.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Candidates with experience in internet products, operations, activities, and content are preferred;
2. Excellent logical thinking ability, self-motivation, and execution ability; preference will be given to those with Data Analysis skills;
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
