We’re looking for a Brand Manager, Biologics to join our Therapeutic Dermatology team, based in Sydney (NSW Head Office)

This is a rare chance to help shape the launch of a new biologic asset into the Australian dermatology market, working closely with medical, sales and regional teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the launch strategy for our new biologic, factoring in market dynamics, competitors and patient needs

  • Contribute to the Annual Brand Plan, using market insights to shape priorities and direction

  • Work cross functionally to keep messaging, timelines and deliverables aligned across the business

  • Execute launch activities, track performance against plan and flag risks early

  • Support engagement with HCPs and KOLs alongside our medical and field teams

  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to inform brand decisions

  • Deliver peer to peer programs and omnichannel initiatives that drive engagement post launch

  • Partner with agencies and external partners to bring campaigns to life

  • Track KPIs and provide insights that sharpen ongoing execution

Ideally you will have

  • A bachelor's degree in business or science

  • 3+ years marketing experience in ANZ pharmaceutical, prescription or biologics environments

  • Exposure to brand or launch initiatives, biologics or dermatology experience is a plus

  • Confidence working with IQVIA, Nostra or similar data sources

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine collaborator mindset

  • An analytical eye, comfortable turning data into insight and action

  • The organisation and initiative to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving, evolving environment
