Overview:

As a Brand Marketing Specialist at ZEISS Korea Vision Care, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the ZEISS brand in the eyewear lenses category. This position is responsible for developing and executing brand-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and support sustainable business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence—to ensure consistent, impactful, and consumer-centric brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Develop and manage brand positioning and messaging to reinforce ZEISS's premium image in the eyewear industry.

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that inform brand and marketing strategies.

  • Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant initiatives while maintaining global brand alignment.

2. Marketing Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital, social media, and retail marketing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality, compelling content and marketing materials.

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

3. Consumer Engagement & Brand Experience

  • Design and implement consumer engagement initiatives that strengthen brand connection, preference, and loyalty.

  • Partner with retail and commercial teams to enhance in-store brand experience, visibility, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Drive initiatives that elevate the end-to-end brand experience from awareness to purchase and advocacy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management, preferably within premium consumer goods or related industries.

  • Proven capability in brand communication strategy, including messaging framework development and integrated content planning.

  • Hands-on experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, with strong exposure to digital and social media marketing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG, premium brands, or retail-driven marketing environments.

  • Experience working in a global or regional matrix organization, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
