The Inventory Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing the presence and performance of the reference Brand's collection across its distribution markets. The core responsibilities of the role include:
Designing and structuring performance data collection across all active channels.
Processing and interpreting collected data to derive actionable insights.
Supporting Brand assessments regarding collection development, assortment design, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Assortment Development:
Collect and analyze market data, consumer purchasing patterns, historical sales, and ongoing trends to develop a comprehensive Merchandising Plan with progressive phasing.
Support the Manager in developing the Merchandising Plan framework, balancing buyer requests, commercial needs, and overall company profitability.
Monitor and ensure that orders during the Sales Campaign align consistently with the defined assortment strategy.
Delivery & Operational Alignment:
Ensure launch and delivery timelines are strictly respected to guarantee optimized production planning and smooth stock flow.
Performance Monitoring & Stock Optimization:
Constantly monitor individual stock levels against pre-agreed targets.
Track actual sales performance against the initial plan, implementing manager-led corrective actions (such as stock reduction and warehouse rotation strategies) to maximize sales and profitability.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor external market activity through diverse data sources and regular visits to competitor stores.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables).

Strong passion and interest in data analytics, inventory optimization, and retail strategy.
Passion for the fashion industry and retail trends. Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English (at least B2 level).
Availability: Full-time availability for a 6-month internship.
