Branch Operations Analyst – Bank Guarantees / Avales (f/m/x)

Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end‑to‑end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle — issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation — helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant. 

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile guarantee‑related commissions, ensuring timely booking and controls. 
• Serve internal stakeholders with guarantee‑related queries and operational support. 
• Maintain data quality and contribute to continuous improvement of operating procedures. 

Skills

• Accounting knowledge required. Applied to guarantees/commissions booking is a plus.
• Experience (1 year) in financial institutions performing accounting tasks. Experience in bank guarantees or trade finance departments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline. 
• Advanced Excel user. 
• Advanced English communication skills (essential). 
• Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
