We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Programmer/Operator with experience on AccuPress machines to support precision sheet metal fabrication. This is a hands-on role responsible for programming, setup, and operation of brake press equipment to produce high-quality components used in specialized manufacturing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate AccuPress brake press machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform accurate bends and form parts to tight tolerances
- Select proper tooling and perform machine setups independently
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of brake press programming and operating experience
- Experience with AccuPress equipment required
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently in a job shop or low-to-mid volume environment
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Turnkey experience is a strong plus
Benefits

- $24–$28 per hour (based on experience)
