  • Case Management & Resolution πŸ“‚: Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution, engaging directly with customers and internal teams.
  • Strategic Negotiation 🀝: Manage important discussions regarding software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will turn non-compliant users into happy, licensed customers.
  • Data Analysis & CRM Management πŸ“Š: Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios, prepare detailed reports, and ensure all lead activities are accurately tracked in our CRM.
  • Process Optimization πŸ’‘: Actively document workflows and share knowledge to help us improve our engagement strategies for the North American market.

🎯 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement. (Experience in software compliance or B2B sales is a huge plus)
  • Language Skills πŸ—£: You must be fully fluent in English (written and spoken) to manage North American campaigns, and fluent in Portuguese. French fluency is a GREAT plus!
  • Technical Savvy πŸ’»: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using CRM systems to track KPIs.
  • Soft Skills: You have a "hunter" mindsetβ€”you are resilient, persuasive, and thrive working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Contract Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor.
  • Trial Period: The engagement begins with a mandatory 3-month probationary period to assess performance and fit.
  • Trial Compensation: $1,200 USD Fixed + Bonus
  • Post-Trial Compensation: Up to $1,500 USD (Fixed+Bonus) monthly rate upon successful completion of the trial.
