BPO Healthcare Representative (Intake) | with 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Process new patient referrals from physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance, and physician information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
• Review referral documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Request missing prescriptions, medical records, physician orders, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, patients, and internal departments to obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in company systems.
• Ensure referrals comply with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with patients regarding the intake process, additional information needed, and general inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO experience under a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)
• Knowledge with Insurance Verification and Authorization
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
