JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox News Channel is looking for a Booker to join the Hannity team. The Booker has a strong interest in politics, breaking news, current events, and cultural stories. You are a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills who performs well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You're resourceful, persistent, and understand the level of commitment it takes to land exclusives and deliver standout bookings every day.

You will be offered the following shift: Monday – Friday from 2 PM – 10 PM ET 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pitch unique guests and stories

• Secure high-profile guests, celebrities, politicians, and people at the center of major news stories

• Conduct pre-interviews and compile thorough research packets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with various contacts

• Monitor breaking news and social media trends to identify emerging booking opportunities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• Experience booking guests for television

• A proven track record of securing high-profile interviews

• A network of contacts across politics, media, entertainment, business, and news making communities

• Strong editorial judgment, excellent communication skills, and a sharp understanding of the political and cultural news cycle

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-93,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
