Boiler Installer

As a Gas Boiler Installer & Troubleshooter at NH Ross, you will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas boilers in residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients have efficient and reliable heating solutions that meet safety and performance standards. You will work closely with homeowners to assess their heating needs, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas appliances, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair gas boilers and associated heating systems in residential properties.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of gas systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure that all installations comply with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate with clients to explain services, provide estimates, and address any concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used in installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry practices, technologies, and safety codes related to gas appliances.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive heating solutions for customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gas boiler installer or technician.
• Valid gas technician certification and relevant licenses.
• Strong knowledge of gas heating systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and provide clear information.
• Physical capability to handle installation and repair tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in gas technology is a plus.
