Apply to this jobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing remote team. This role involves delivering virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training and consultation via secure telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and dedicated to providing ethical, person-centered, and evidence-based care in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual functional assessments and skill-based evaluations
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide clinical guidance and feedback
- Deliver parent training and collaborate with caregivers and professionals
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in ABA, preferably remote
- Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and telehealth readiness
