Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
3-7 years of experience in MS BizTalk development, mapping, configuration etc.
Experience in Biztalk 2010/2009/2006R2/2004,ESB toolkit 1.0, WMQ Tools, TFS, SOS, WiX, soapUI, EDI Formats and EDI adapter for 2004, Knowledge of MQ Series, MOSS, WCF, Web Services
Windows XP, Windows Sever 2000, Windows Sever 2003, Windows Sever 2008
Programming languages:  C#, .NET platforms 2.0 to 4.5.
Integration with MS Dynamics CRM 2011, SAP and other LOB systems
RDBMS – SQL Server 2005, 2008,  Oracle – 10g, SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS)
Document Standards: XML, Accord(Life Insurance Standard),  EDI(ANSI X12)
Experience working with Web Services (SOAP/WSDL/UDDI)
Experience with BizTalk BAM for real time monitoring

Other Skills
Excellent written communication skills.
Should be demonstrating a customer-friendly attitude.
Experience implementing Agile development processes and practices to support SDLC (Test Driven Development, Feature Driven Development, CMMi, SCRUM)
