・MOLCURE provides drug discovery platform for antibody and peptide, using artificial intelligence, advanced molecular engineering, and Laboratory automation.
・Using the above technologies, establishment of joint R&D pipelines with pharmaceutical and biotech companies (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, and consulting)

Job Description
・Design, test, and optimize the discovery & development of Biopharmaceutical drugs.
・Create infrastructure/libraries for one of Directed Evolution platforms (phage/mRNA, etc.).
・Design, generate and optimize synthetic antibody libraries (i.e. ScFv library, VHH library library, etc.).
・Performing evolutionary molecular engineering experiments
・Performing experiments related to Genetic engineering
・Protein purification and evaluation

Job Requirements

  • Direct experience in library designs and testing using one of Directed evolution platforms (Phage, Yeast, mRNA, etc.)
  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein/Antibody Engineering, Immunology, or related field
  • At least 4 years of research experience in a wet lab
  • Conversational English or Japanese skills

Desired skills & Experiences

  • Experience in phage display, mRNA/cDNA display
  • Experience with cell-free translation systems
  • Experience with AKTA, ELISA, Biacore, and Octet
  • Experience of working with next generation sequencing (NGS)
  • Experience in bioinformatics, especially sequence analysis
  • Business level or higher English proficiency

Working Conditions

  • The work location is usually in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, but depending on the skill set, it could be in Meguro, Tokyo
  • Details will be provided through interviews.

  • バイオ医薬品（抗体・ペプチド）の設計・テスト・最適化・開発
  • 進化分子工学プラットフォーム(phage display/mRNA display等)のインフラ/ライブラリの作成

必須要件

  • 進化分子工学プラットフォーム（ファージ、イースト、mRNA 等）のいずれかを用いたライブラリーの設計およびスクリーニングの経験
  • 分子生物学、生化学、タンパク質/抗体工学、免疫学、または関連分野の博士号取得者。
  • 4年以上のウェットラボでの実務経験
  • 英語もしくは日本語で業務遂行に必要なコミュニケーションが取れること

歓迎要件

  • 合成抗体ライブラリーの設計や抗体の発現など、抗体工学の実践的な経験
  • 博士号取得後、0-3年の生物製剤の経験があれば尚可
  • 無細胞翻訳系を用いた実験の経験
  • AKTA・ELISA・Biacore・OCtetの経験
  • 次世代シーケンサー（NGS）の経験
  • バイオインフォマティクス、特に配列解析の経験
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力

  • 勤務地は通常は山形県鶴岡市ですが、スキルセットにより東京都目黒区の可能性あり
