Job Description

岗位职责:
1. 高通量测序数据处理与分析:负责对高通量测序(NGS)产生的原始数据进行质量控制、过滤、比对等分析工作。
2. 数据交付与报告生成:负责按时、按质完成数据交付工作,确保报告内容清晰、准确,满足客户需求。
3. 流程开发与优化:开发和优化生物信息分析流程,持续改进现有流程,引入新的工具和方法,提升团队整体技术水平。
4. 跨部门协作与支持:协助团队完成跨部门协作项目,提供生物信息学支持。
 
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,生物信息学、分子生物学、遗传学或相关专业。1年以上高通量测序数据分析相关工作经验,优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
2. 具备严谨的工作态度和高度的责任心,能适应快节奏的工作环境,并在需要时灵活调整工作时间。
3. 具备优秀的学习能力,能够快速掌握新技术和工具,并乐于接受挑战。
4. 具备良好的数据分析能力,能够从复杂数据中提取有价值的信息。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与团队成员高效合作。
6. 具备编程基础,至少掌握一种编程语言(Python、Perl、bash等),能够进行基础的脚本开发和自动化分析。
7. 熟悉Linux环境者优先,但不做硬性要求,愿意学习并适应者亦可。

Job Responsibilities:
1. High-throughput Sequencing Data Processing and Analysis: Responsible for performing quality control, filtering, alignment and other analysis work on the raw data generated by high-throughput sequencing (NGS).
2. Data Delivery and Report Generation: Responsible for completing data delivery tasks on time and with high quality, ensuring that the report content is clear, accurate and meets the needs of customers.
3. Process Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize bioinformatics analysis processes, continuously improve existing processes, introduce new tools and methods, and enhance the overall technical level of the team.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Support: Assist the team in completing cross-departmental collaborative projects and provide bioinformatics support.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above in bioinformatics, molecular biology, genetics or related majors. More than 1 year of work experience related to high-throughput sequencing data analysis. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
2. Have a rigorous work attitude and a high sense of responsibility, be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, and flexibly adjust working hours when necessary.
3. Have excellent learning ability, be able to quickly master new technologies and tools, and be willing to accept challenges.
4. Have good data analysis ability, and be able to extract valuable information from complex data.
5. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to cooperate efficiently with team members.
6. Have a programming foundation, master at least one programming language (such as Python, Perl, bash, etc.), and be able to conduct basic script development and automated analysis.
7. Those who are familiar with the Linux environment are preferred, but it is not a strict requirement. Those who are willing to learn and adapt are also acceptable.
