Bindery Set-Up Technician

To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Set-Up Technician.

Your Role

• You will perform maintenance and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment
• You are poficient in the set up of folding equipment (Vijuk, Stahl, Pratham, Mueller, MBO etc..) per client/job order specifications
• You can perform beginning and ending line clearances.
• You will demonstrate acceptable attendance and good mechanical aptitude.
• You possess good verbal communication skills
• You have general computer skills
• You are organized and disciplined in following of established processes and procedures
• You will utilize good time management skills and be flexible to move from task to task.

Your Profile

• You have obtained a high school diploma in a vocational and/or work-study program.   
• You possess acceptable verbal, organizational, and people skills.
• You can lift up to 35 pounds, loads heavier than 35 pounds will be lifted with mechanical device or 2-person lift.
• You will use problem-solving as a routine element of the job. 
• You must be at least18 years of age.
• You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes safety shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection all of which will be provided.
