About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. BINANCE TH is looking for a VIP Operations Intern to join our VIP team in Bangkok. This is a hands-on role where you'll support real campaigns, coordinate events, manage VIP merchandising, and help deliver a seamless experience for our most valued users.

What You'll Do:

    • Support execution of VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives

    • Coordinate with BINANCE TH internal teams

    • Track campaign performance and assist with reports and dashboards

    • Help plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities

    • Manage merchandising operations

    • Engage and manage relationships with our valued users

    • Handle day-to-day operational CRM tools and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in data tools including spreadsheets
  • Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization and pivot table analysis
  • Comfortable working with data and AI tools to support reporting and operational efficiency
