BIM Revit CAD - 2 required

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D models and technical drawings using Revit and BIM methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and ensure models accurately reflect design intents.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to validate conformity with project specifications.
• Assist in the generation of construction documentation, including plans and sections.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards and practices to improve workflow efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and address modeling challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in BIM technology and techniques.
• Contribute to the training of junior staff on BIM processes and software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with Revit and other CAD/BIM software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in modeling.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development in BIM best practices.
