Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
·         Review Work Orders against supporting documentation, contract and relevant schedules
·         Obtain customer approval of draft bill (where applicable)
·         Enter billing information into relevant billing system
·         Review draft invoices and generate final invoice
·         Send invoices to customer
·         Process recurring tenant invoices
·         Generate any monthly consolidated customer statements required (or any other specific customer requests)
·         Conduct data and process analysis
·         Promote and provide exceptional customer service
 
Reporting Relationships: Supervisory and Leadership Responsibilities: 
This position reports to the Billing Supervisor

·         Strong communications skills (written and verbal)

·         Strong computer skills/competencies in Microsoft Office
·         Ability to maintain accuracy and flexibility in a fast paced environment
·         Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
·         Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed such as evenings and/or weekends depending on business need.

Education and/or Experience:  
·         High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
·         Minimum 1-2 years of billing experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
