Job Description
As a Billing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient handling of billing and financial processes. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring exceptional service to clients.
Generate and distribute accurate and timely client invoices based on services rendered and contractual terms.
Verify billing information, including pricing and discounts, to ensure accuracy before issuing invoices.
Monitor client payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
Manage cash collection processes to support healthy cash flow and minimize overdue balances.
Maintain and update client accounts and billing records in the SAP system.
Collaborate with sales and engagement teams to align billing with service delivery.
Support the preparation of financial reports such as revenue forecasts and aging reports.
Address client billing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high service quality.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and support process improvements for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred..
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Additional Information
Please note this job is available in a hybrid mode with monthly visits to our Opole office.
