Billing Representative III

Billing Representative III - Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Eastern Work independently and as part of a team triaging cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and finding resolutions to billing issues. Collecting data from ARBRR and PowerBI, generating excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends all while maintaining productions standards. Outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices owed to Quest. Pay range: $22-28/hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
