Billing Analyst (Reconciliation) | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts.
• Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting.
• Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports.
• Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months work experience in Billing and Invoicing
• Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
• Proficiency in using MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)
• High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable to working night shift
