Bilingual Supervisor

Parallel Employment is assisting a local company in finding a great candidate for 1st shift supervisor at a local warehouse in Angola, NY. As the 1st shift supervisor you would be responsible for Operation and Process productivity, operational efficiency, adherence to standard work, first pass yield, on the job training, material movement and production schedules. Hold team accountable to high standards of conduct and performance, while coaching and developing team members for constant improvement. 1st Shift 5am-2:30pm or until finished. Pay is based on experience starting at $25-$30/hr.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of supervising 40+ people in a manufacturing environment,
• Strong computer skills,
• High school diploma/equivalent, or comparable in training, education, or experience.
• Ability to read, interpret instructions, operations manuals and follow instructions.

• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
• Inventory experience
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) Required
• Will need exceptional multitask ability
• Interpersonal communications
• Time Management
• Customer Service
• Must have great computer skills
• Needs to have experiences in Microsoft Excel
• 1-3 Years Office Setting Experiences required
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends
