• At least 3 years experience in managing software development teams.

• Must have onsite experience in Japan.Fluency in Japanese Language.

• Excellent working experience with Gather, understand & analyze the complete business requirements interacting directly with the end customers.

• Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.

• Through Knowledge project life cycle, design tools and methodologies. 

• Database designing as per the business requirements.

• Translating and simplifying requirements

• Act as a single point of contact for the entire development team and client for all clarifications regarding the functionality and requirement of the system.

Bachlore deegree /master degree in Information Technology / computer science.
