Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Are you fluent in Spanish and English? SmartSource is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our leading USA Clinics . If you have excellent language skills, a passion for providing top-notch customer service, and a desire to work in Customer Service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Set patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support promptly

Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Previous relevant experience is a plus

Knowledge in the Medical field is an advantage

Flexibility to work PM shifts (From 3PM till 12AM)
