Day to Day Duties: 

• Customer service representative in inbound clinical call center
  
• Answer an array of questions from policy members (ID cards, primary care physicians, specialists, etc.)
• Multi-task to perform data entry, research and document calls

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm

Pay Rate: $14.00-15.00

Requirements: 

• HS diploma or GED
  
• 1-3 years relevant experience
