Singapore Office Until 8/22/2026 First posted June 9, 2026 Last posted June 9, 2026
Job description

Bid Management is a key role for our organisation, having a direct and significant impact on the success of our sales. The successful candidate will take ownership of bid management activity across Asia, with a particular focus on Singapore public sector opportunities. The role requires experience managing government tenders, GeBIZ opportunities, partner-led pursuits and complex software proposals. Familiarity with Singapore procurement processes, government bidding platforms and System Integrator ecosystems is highly desirable.

The primary function includes RFP coordination, response management, proposal quality, content library ownership, Loopio administration, submission governance and tender monitoring. In Asia, the role will also carry a defined Partner Pursuits r coordination responsibility, recognising the strong operational overlap between bid execution and day-to-day engagement with our System Integrator partners.

This is a collaborative role requiring close engagement with sales, presales, marketing, finance, legal, product, implementation and partner teams to ensure responses are complete, accurate, compelling and timely. The role will also support improved partner alignment, joint pursuit execution and regional visibility of relevant tender opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the bid process and governance across Asia, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, stakeholder inputs and submission quality.
  • Manage the bid qualification (bid/no-bid) process for new opportunities.
  • Manage framework applications, submissions and reporting.
  • Monitor relevant government and client tender portals across Asia, with particular focus on Singapore opportunities requiring SingPass access.
  • Be responsible for the submission of high-quality, professional bid responses within the required timescales for MRI products and solutions.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving sales, marketing, pre-sales, product specialists, finance, HR, legal and delivery.
  • Ensure all individual bid contributors understand their obligations, responsibilities and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of bids in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to written proposals, including content, structure, presentation and executive summaries.
  • Maintain the bid library and team site of standard responses, policies, case studies, accreditations, images and reusable materials.
  • Work with bid automation software, including Loopio, to promote content reuse, governance and continual improvement in the bid process.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of MRI's solutions and the markets in which we operate.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Development, Product, Implementation and Professional Services.

ASIA PARTNER PURSUITS RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to the core Bid Manager responsibilities, a defined percentage of the role will support Asia partner pursuits coordination. This reflects the nature of MRI's partner ecosystem in Asia, where partners are primarily System Integrators who work closely with MRI through opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP responses and joint pursuits.

  • Act as the main operational coordinator for MRI's System Integrator partners in Asia.
  • Support regular partner check-ins, action tracking and relationship management cadence.
  • Coordinate joint pursuits, partner-led proposals and RFP activity involving SI partners.
  • Support partner enablement, onboarding, documentation, information requests and access to approved MRI content.
  • Maintain a central repository of partner assets, credentials, approved messaging and joint reference materials.
  • Coordinate resources and inputs between partners, Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams.
  • Improve visibility of partner-led opportunities, tender activity and pursuit status across the region.

Commercial negotiations, partnership agreements and strategic partner decisions will remain with the Australian Partner Team and regional leadership. The intent of this role is to improve operational coordination, partner responsiveness and pursuit execution, while ensuring the primary focus remains bid management.

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Strong people management capability, including influencing stakeholders who may not directly report to you.
  • Experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to submission and post-submission follow-up.
  • Highly preferable to have experience with GeBIZ (Government Electronic Business) and common procurement tools such as Ariba.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand customer requirements, solution positioning and bid risk.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
  • Ideally a background in software solutions, services, technology consulting or systems integration environments.
  • Comfortable working at CEO/Director level and coordinating inputs from senior stakeholders.
  • Confident, tenacious and motivated, with high energy and strong follow-through.
  • Self-sufficient and able to operate with limited supervision while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Comfortable engaging with external partners and coordinating joint activity across multiple organisations.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ideally experienced with bid automation software, such as Loopio.
  • Experience monitoring public sector procurement portals or tender platforms would be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Me Days: additional 3 days of annual leave for qualifying employees
