BI Tech Lead

Develop and customize Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications according to business requirements.  

Develop of complex Power BI solutions leveraging different backend tools 

Design and implement user interfaces, forms, and workflows using Power Apps.  

Integrate Power Apps solutions with other Microsoft tools and services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. 
 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications, including performance, scalability, and data integrity.  

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Apps development and Microsoft Power Platform.  

Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.  

Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business iIntelligence reporting.  

Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to technical quality criteria.  

Confirm that delivered solutions meet technical quality criteria, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability.  

Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best development practices.  

Participate in project planning and estimation activities.  

Communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements based on role specification: 

Proven experience in developing Power Apps solutions, including canvas and model-driven applications.  

Proven experience in driving end to end projects and acting as a technical lead 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.  

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.  

Excellent presentation & communication skills - comfortable in sharing technical knowledge to wide audience (both internal and external stakeholders)  

Experience with project estimations and pre sales offering 

Experience with data integration and connecting Power Apps with external data sources.
