Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative

Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan is currently seeking high skilled individuals to fill Production Technician openings at the Nissan manufacturing plant located in Canton, MS.

Job Description

This position requires an individual to be fluent in Spanish as well as English, and will provide support to Customers and Dealers (of an Ag/Turf/Construction company) located in Spain, South, Central America and Mexico and surrounding English speaking countries. You will provide product and service information, using both internal and external resources. Customer interactions will be handled by phone & email and will require efficiency in multitasking and problem solving skills.
