At Master-Works, we are on the lookout for a skilled BI Developer who is passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative business intelligence solutions that empower our team to make informed decisions. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, reports, and dashboards using various BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BI reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine BI strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while managing ETL processes.
• Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to display key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BI Developer or related role.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
