The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering, auditing, and coordinating the companies’ benefits and wellness programs. Assures thorough audits, reports, and personal contact that company benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.  This is an in office role and will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX.
 

The Benefits Administrator will:

  • Effectively administer all benefits programs including but not limited to 401(k), health and welfare plans, COBRA, Wellness and associated initiatives.
  • Support the open enrollment process, including, but not limited to, employee communications and assisting employees.
  • Respond to employees’ questions related to plan eligibility, life event changes, wellness.
  • Conducts vendor and HRIS audits to ensure accuracy of benefit records.
  • Manage monthly benefit invoicing including reconciling to ensure accuracy of payments.  Resolves discrepancies with carrier, payroll, employees, and the company.
  • Monitor evidence of insurability form status and update approved changes.
  • Assist with ACA Reporting.
  • Plan and organize biometric screenings and other wellness events.
  • Process medical support orders.
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in benefit administration.
  • Analytical skills including an advanced level ability in Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and special assignments.
  • Workday experience needed.

Pay: $70,000- $72,000 annually.
