Job description
Our client is seeking a BEMS static service engineer on a permanent basis to join their growing team based in Surrey.
SALARY - Dependent on experience
The Static engineer with time split (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) working between two sites for the same blue chip customer. located in Sutton and Kensington.
Duties & Skills:
- The ability to take a lead role and develop the account, providing small quotes and maintain all service records in-line with customer requirements.
- Previous experience (ideally 3 years) of service or commissioning Trend control systems.
- Good electrical knowledge and an understanding of building services and mechanical services plant.
- A stable track record of previous employment over the last 5 years
- Good communication and PC skills
