Treatment Center.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt">Assesses program needs in residential services and makes recommendations to the Admin Program Director 4 relative to this as well as planning and implementing special programming related to integrated care services.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0">Administers treatment center programs by scheduling assignments and supervising the work of subordinate staff.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0">Oversees and assures the effective working operation and accessibility of the R.I.S.E.
