As LBC Mortgage continues to expand and support new initiatives, we're excited to hire Behavior Therapists for one of our growing projects in the Los Angeles area.

Position: Behavior Therapist

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, using movement, sports, and play-based activities to support their physical, behavioral, and social development. You'll collaborate with families and a dedicated team to create a positive, engaging, and supportive experience for every child.

We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with special needs or neurodiverse children is a plus)
• Background in Behavior Therapy, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports, movement, and helping children succeed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Fluency in Russian or Spanish is a plus
