If so, we want you to join our team at Arion Care Solutions, LLC as a Behavior Technician!

As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Observe and track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ABA principles and ethical guidelines
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
• 40-hour RBT coursework certificate
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Obtain RBT Certificate within 30 days of hire and prior to service delivery.
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained within the 30 days of hire or prior to service delivery
• ABA Ethical Guidelines.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
• AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
