• to drive sales of the department through cross selling and up selling

• to reduce loss and shrinkage in own area by adhering to risk management policies and procedures

• to drive stockavailability

• to create an appealing shopping environment for customers

• to maximize sales by taking ownership of the execution of all beauty events, launches and daily requirements in the beauty section

• to increase profitability and brand loyalty with the cosmetic customers

• to ensure continuity of excellent customer service

Bachelors Degree,Relevant qualification/training in Beauty/make up sector.
