Job description

All'intero della Boutique Fragrance & Beauty di Chanel, situata in Via del Babuino a Roma, la risorsa in stage supporterà il team e il tutor nella vendita e nella gestione quotidiana delle attività della boutique.

Tasks:

  • Processo di vendita: Client Experience Chanel.

  • Attività di clienteling: Gestione delle relazioni e fidelizzazione della clientela.

  • Rifornimento prodotto ed esposizione: Supporto nella gestione degli stock e nell’allestimento degli spazi espositivi.

  • Formazione tre assi: Approfondimento sulle aree skincare, make-up e parfum.

  • Collaborazione quotidiana: Lavoro in team per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività della boutique.

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza del mondo Beauty e delle nuove tendenze

  • Diploma nel settore Beauty

  • Predisposizione alla puntualità e precisione

  • Ottime capacità relazionali

  • Capacità di ascolto ed empatia

  • Energia, motivazione ed entusiasmo

  • Forte orientamento alla collaborazione e allo spirito di squadra

  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
