Role Overview

We are looking for a Director of Product to own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for our AI and SaaS portfolio. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in LLM-based products, Agentic AI systems, and SaaS product management, along with strong people leadership and execution excellence.

You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, and Leadership teams to define product vision, roadmap, and successful go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LLM and Agentic AI products.

• Lead the development of AI-first SaaS products, from ideation to scale.

• Drive product discovery using data, customer insights, and market research.

• Partner with AI/ML teams to translate LLM capabilities, agent orchestration, and AI workflows into user-centric products.

• Own product metrics including adoption, retention, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure product architecture.

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, and enterprise adoption.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

• Act as a key stakeholder in leadership discussions and influence company-level product decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience (minimum 8 years in Product Management) in product-based companies.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager / Group PM / Director of Product in SaaS environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with LLM-based products (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

• Experience building and scaling Agentic AI products (multi-agent workflows, orchestration, autonomy).

• Solid understanding of AI product architecture, data pipelines, and model integration.

• Strong working knowledge of SQL for product analytics and decision-making.

• Experience leading and managing cross-functional product teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Good to Have

• Experience working with enterprise AI products or regulated industries.

• Exposure to MLOps, AI safety, observability, and prompt engineering.

• Experience scaling products from 0→1 or 1→10.

• Background in startups or high-growth product organizations.
