Role Overview

As the BD & Strategy Lead, you’ll shape our presence within the broader crypto ecosystem—building strategic partnerships, crafting go-to-market narratives, and identifying opportunities that place our oracle infrastructure at the center of the tokenization movement.

You’ll lead early conversations with key ecosystem players (L2s, RWA infra, staking ecosystems), design GTM materials with the sales team, and work closely with leadership to prioritize expansion opportunities. Your work will sit at the intersection of product, partnerships, and long-term strategy—bridging high-level vision with on-the-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners (Protocols, Issuers, Curators, Tokenization Platforms, and chains)
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape GTM narratives and sales-enabling assets
• Assist in crafting value propositions for new prospects
• Represent the company at industry events and in key partner ecosystems
• Track market trends and advise leadership on emerging partnership opportunities
• Drive partner conversations to successful contract completion

Who You Are

• 3+ years in crypto BD, strategy, or partnerships
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem
• Strong network of contacts within the blockchain and DeFi communities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating quickly with product and sales

Bonus

• Familiarity with Oracle solutions
• Experience in founder-led GTM or building BD playbooks at early-stage startups
