Job description

BCBA Content Creator

🏥 Above and Beyond ABA Therapy
📍 Location: Flexible - Must be located in CO, GA, IN, NE, NC, OK, UT, VA, MD
⏱️ Part-time (10 hours per week)
🛑 This position requires active BCBA or RBT certification. Candidates who do not hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential will not be considered.

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for an exceptional BCBA who is ready to use their clinical expertise in a whole new way. 🌟 We invest in the delivery of outstanding quality care by designing an environment where all employees can think big and have fun - and this role is exactly that.

Our company goal is simple: you should love what you do! Above & Beyond Therapy is dedicated to the professional growth and personal happiness of all of our staff, and we constantly strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and creative workplace where everyone is excited to show up.

About the Role 🎥

We're looking for a BCBA who wants to use their clinical expertise to educate, inspire, and reach families beyond the therapy room. In this role, you'll join our Marketing team and serve as the clinical voice of ABT - creating videos, blogs, and social content that helps families understand ABA, trust our brand, and feel supported. All of it grounded in real clinical knowledge.

This is a part-time role that will grow with you. If you've ever thought "I wish more families understood what we actually do" - this is your platform. 📱

What You'll Do ✅

  • Create engaging video, written, and social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook - reels, educational posts, and stories that make ABA accessible to everyday families
  • Serve as an authentic, on-camera clinical presence and trusted face of Above & Beyond
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director to develop content calendars, campaigns, and educational series
  • Visit ABT clinic locations to capture real, behind-the-scenes content (travel scope will evolve with the role)
  • Translate complex clinical concepts into relatable, digestible language for parents and caregivers
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content to what's resonating on each platform
  • Help build a brand that connects families to the care they deserve - at scale 💙

You Are 🙌

  • ✔️ An active BCBA in good standing with a strong clinical foundation
  • ✔️ Natural on camera - comfortable, confident, and engaging
  • ✔️ Passionate about families - you know how to speak to the parent experience and meet them where they are
  • ✔️ A creative thinker and storyteller who loves the content creation process
  • ✔️ Socially fluent - you're active on social media, understand what performs, and can ride a trend without sacrificing clinical integrity
  • ✔️ A team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
  • ✔️ Basic video editing skills a plus (CapCut or similar) 🎬

What We Offer 💛

  • 💰 Competitive hourly rate: $70/hour+
  • ⏰ Flexible part-time schedule at 10 hours per week that complements your existing clinical work
  • 🤝 Direct collaboration with a passionate, supportive marketing team that values your clinical voice
  • 📚 Continuing education support
  • 🌍 The chance to impact thousands of families
  • 💙 A mission-driven team that genuinely cares - about clients, families, and you
