Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based (Evenings)

Location: Clinic-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Compensation: $95-$105/hour

🌱 What You’ll Do

• Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support meaningful outcomes

🎓 What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
