- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field
- 1 + years supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervision of direct staff
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
- The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)
- Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
- Write quarterly progress reports
- Interact with funding source contacts
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
- Provide parent training
- Ongoing and new hire training.
