Base Coordinator - Nice

We are looking for a Base Coordinator for Nice Private Jet Terminal.

JOB SUMMARY

The role consists in becoming a trustable ambassador of LunaJets’ customer care by:

•⁠ ⁠Meet&Greet of LunaJets flights.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Accompany clients throughout their FBO experience.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Liaise in advance with the operator and the appointed handling company to make sure that client’s requests have been made.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Stay reachable by LunaJets customers in Nice in case they would like to book additional services from LunaJets.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Liaise with LunaJets’ brokers to provide then with relevant information about their clientele.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist LunaJets’ passengers in case of operational issues.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Other similar tasks.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

•⁠ ⁠The Base Coordinator will work from home whilst having to be at the Private Jet Terminal when flights take place.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Rotating shifts depending on the flight schedule. Two days off per week (not necessarily the same nor consecutive since that depends on the flight schedule).

•⁠ ⁠⁠English and French advanced skills are a must. Candidates must currently reside no more than 60' away from Nice Airport. No relocation assistance is provided. Own car is recommended but not essential.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Company/role training provided by LunaJets.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Temporary contract: starting end of May 2026, end date is Sept 2026.

•⁠ ⁠⁠This challenge requires of full availability and therefore cannot be combined with another employment happening simultaneously.
