Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with quality food and beverage service according to service standards, offering friendly and attentive service at the bar, and preparing and serving drinks

• Possess solid knowledge of beverage mixing; introduce various types of alcoholic drinks and their characteristics according to service standards, and build good relationships with customers

• Assist in conducting quality checks on alcoholic products

• Participate regularly in internal food and beverage training programs

• Address customer enquiries and meet their requests with a positive service attitude

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant, banquet venues, and back‑of‑house areas

Job Requirements:

• Junior high school level or above

• 1 year previous experience as a bartender is required

• Must be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and simple English
