Bartender

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality hospitality experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous, and professional service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

• Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed

• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently

• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies

• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Collaborate with servers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth service operations

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
