Barista

As a Barista at Uncle Mike's, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our customers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. This job can be full time or part time.

• Create specialty coffee, espresso and matcha beverages following recipes and/or customer specifications
• Welcome questions from guests and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
