Food & Beverage Operations

• Ensure the beverage station is well prepared and maintained according to service standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly with the correct presentation and temperature.
• Prepare beverages, cocktails, snacks, and garnishes in line with operational standards.
• Build guest relationships by remembering preferences, handling feedback, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Promote menu items and recommend food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
• Process guest bills accurately and ensure smooth payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station, equipment, and work area while following HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and ensure all beverage supplies are available for daily operations.
• Support efficient outlet operations by reporting issues promptly and practicing effective cost and inventory control.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings, services, outlets, and facilities.
• Follow hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures at all times.
• Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and training sessions to support continuous learning and development.
• Report for duty on time in a clean, complete uniform while maintaining a professional appearance and high standard of personal hygiene.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Outlet Manager or Hotel Management as required.

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Barista certification or additional training in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Good understanding of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and various brewing methods.
• Skilled in operating coffee machines and bar equipment while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and quality standards.
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
• Team player who collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with energy and initiative.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
